The investment program, through the recovery and redevelopment of a property, set out to build a modern and functional tourist accommodation facility - HOUSES AND APARTMENTS FOR HOLIDAYS - in the territory of the Municipality of Trapani, at Via Marino Torre No. 188, equipped with two housing units capable of accommodating 10 beds and "ancillary" service facilities in order to make the stay of the tourists present more pleasant.
The units are equipped with a kitchen, and useful equipment for the comfortable enjoyment of living.
The project initiative is fully in line with what are considered the development factors of the Trapani area; in fact, the idea of creating a receptive structure within a territorial reality that lacks it, equipping it with suitable structural services to complement the presence of environmental factors, in a unique mix for the final quality of the offer, contributes positively to achieve a tourist qualification of the territory through a strategy of qualitative development that aims to enhance the existing natural, cultural, architectural and landscape resources.
In order to ensure better enjoyment of the accommodation for the disabled, technical arrangements have been made that are better than those provided by the current regulations for different disabilities.
Special attention has been given to the eco-sustainability of the facility through the installation of eco-innovative systems.
The investment program uses innovative tools to manage the entire process pertaining to service delivery from booking to check-out.
